Welcome back to another styled shoot blog! This Valentines shoot was absolutely gorgeous, and it took me everything I had not to start editing it AT WORK, haha! This shoot was brought to you by the lovely and talented Kaylee Creighton @kcpstyled. She is amazing at what she does, and her styled shoots are always the most gorgeous and fun!!
The theme for this shoot was Valentine’s Day! So naturally, there were tons of gorgeous red roses featured, which are so much fun to shoot! Julie’s Flowers of Geist provided the florals, and worked her magic! All of this was hosted at Laurel Hall, which is where I shot my first ever styled shoot! So I was really happy to be back, because this place is stunning, and the natural lighting is PERFECTION! Which really helped on a day like today, because it was super cold outside! However, we did brave the cold for about 15 minutes to get a few specialty shots. Even in the mid-afternoon sunlight, these turned out gorgeous. Our models were absolutely stunning and so adorable together. They didn’t need much direction at all and were a dream to work with!
I absolutely love attending styled shoots because its where a bunch of creative people can come together to do what they love, all the while showcasing the amazing work of other creatives! I always tend to meet the sweetest people at these shoots, and I love making new friends in this community.
