On a gorgeous Monday evening, I met up with Nicole & Isaac for their engagement session at White River State Park in downtown Indianapolis. This was my first time shooting at this location, and it absolutely did NOT disappoint.
This engagement session was actually scheduled for Saturday evening, but, gotta love that crazy Indiana weather! It was rainy, cold, and super windy! This is not a good recipe for an engagement session, so I asked Nicole if she’d be up for moving the session on Monday!
Seeing Isaac and Nicole together was magical. I think they would describe themselves as somewhat camera shy, but let me tell you, these two lit up the session in ways I wasn’t prepared for. While I was shooting certain poses, Isaac would lean down and nuzzle Nicole in the most loving and natural way. You can absolutely tell these two are going to live a long and happy married life together. The genuine smiles on their faces, and the love in their eyes made this session such a joy for me. Their lighthearted and easy-going energy is every photographer’s dream. Coupled with the perfect Indy skyline and the stunning canal, this session was absolutely one of my favorites.
Nicole & Isaac, thank you for choosing me to be a part of this wedding journey with you. Your wedding is coming up SO soon, and I am absolutely honored and incredibly excited to be with you, capturing your amazing wedding day.
