mr. & mrs. mock | isaac and nicole’s wedding day

On a perfect breezy spring day, two became one in a gorgeous Bloomington wedding. Nicole & Isaac are absolute sweethearts, and working with them has been such an awesome experience. We had such a great time during their engagement session, and that really made me look forward to their big day. On her wedding day, Nicole seemed to have this incredible calm, lighthearted attitude. Weddings can be stressful, but I think everything turned out totally as it should have.

During the first look, I stationed myself in a spot where I wouldn’t be totally in the way, but also that I could capture the look on their faces when they see each other for the first time. Well, first looks always get me, because I tear up every time. Seeing Isaac’s expression when he sees his bride was priceless. Nicole had a beaming smile on her face the entire time. Then we got to take some gorgeous bride & groom portraits.

The Barn on Maryland Ridge could not have been a better location or venue for these two. The beautifully lit inside with the amazing mason jar chandelier hanging from the ceiling was something I’d never seen before, but I noticed myself taking a thousand pictures of it. There was also this really cool chalkboard wall on the outside of one of the buildings, where all of their family & friends wrote something sweet to Nicole & Isaac.

The reception was a huge party and I danced so hard (while of course snapping pics). Their entire bridal party was so much fun to hang around and everyone just made my job so easy.

This was definitely a wedding I will never forget.
