What can I possibly say to describe Taylor & Jake’s engagement session? Well, for starters, these two are the CUTEST couple ever. Like, seriously. Taylor has the most infectious laugh, and was smiling ear-to-ear the entire session! Jake was so sweet with her, and had such a gentle and calm presence about him. Our session together went by TOO quickly, because it didn’t even feel like working, it just felt like I was walking around the beautiful Coxhall Gardens with friends.
Interestingly, as we were beginning our session together, we ran into Taylor & Jake’s paster who will be officiating the wedding! SMALL WORLD!
We couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous sunset for their session. That golden sunlight gets me every time. It glowed perfectly in every spot we ended up in. I couldn’t get enough of it, and we even kept shooting until it has basically already set.
One of the reasons I love engagement sessions the most is because I feel like I can really get to know the couple, and I really try to hit home with them that I want them to feel relaxed and genuinely enjoy our time together. I love hearing more details about their wedding day, more about them as a couple, and more.
