Jake and Kelsey had the most stunning summer wedding in Louisville! It’s not terribly often I get to travel a little bit for weddings, but I always love the opportunity for a change of scenery, and this was the best day ever!
I officially met Jake & Kelsey at their engagement session last year and Holcomb Gardens. First of all, they are the sweetest couple ever. Kelsey has such a big, fun personality and Jake has such a calm, laid back energy. The two of them together are the perfect match, and it was so evident every second of their day.
There are always butterflies right before the first look between almost husband and wife, but once Jacob saw Kelsey, I could instantly see the jitters disappear. They were just so genuinely excited to see each other for the first time on their wedding day. One of my favorite parts of the day was when their adorable pup Millie came for a few pictures!! Anyone who knows me knows that I’m a huge animal lover, so a doggie surprise always makes me so happy (and always makes for memorable pictures)!
I am so grateful to have captured their day. Jake & Kelsey, thank you for such an amazing honor. Your wedding is one I’ll absolutely never forget.
